15 prestiges this time in black ops but on the bright side you only have to rank up to level 50 to prestige

Prestiges in Call of Duty Black Ops are rankings that users can gain for performing exceptional feats on the battle field.

What is Prestige Mode?
Prestige Mode has 15 levels in COD Black Ops. At level 50, a user can finally enter prestige mode. It is the highest level in COD 7. When one enters Black Ops Prestige, they lose everything they previously unlocked, including the CoD Points, or Call of Duty Points.
